In general, the radio is good given the low price. Pros: inexpensive, big bright screen, nice screen layout in SD card mode, quick response. Precise touch screen. Cons: Couldn't get mirror channel to work. I made many attempts, most ended with the device freezing and having to restart. The built in BT mic is pretty bad but I suspect most radios have the same problem. I will install a plug-in microphone and position it closer to me. Shuffle only works with the file folder you are in, not the entire SD card folder. No reference contact information is included in the instructions. With this attitude you are on your own. Another complaint is that the radio kit does not come with mounting screws and to make matters worse the mounting holes on the side of the radio do not match the brackets included in the recommended brackets in the separately purchased installation kit. from Revain and I tried two different brands. These brackets easily fit other radios I have installed. I was able to attach the brackets but it wasn't easy and I don't think most people would be able to do it. I received an email from the seller through Revain asking me to contact them. Unfortunately, as with the radio instructions, they didn't provide any contact information.
