Perfect for day sleepers on the 3rd shift!

My husband and I work the 3rd shift. We've tried blackout curtains, cardboard, etc. Nothing blocked the light 100%, but that's for sure! It also helps block heat so the room doesn't get as hot. If you like it when your room is dark, dark, I highly recommend this.
