Looks good but doesn't support USB 3.1 Gen 2 10Gb/s transfer speed - Gen 1 only 5Gb/s

I was specifically looking for an answer to a question that says the cable is Gen 2 10 supports Gbps speed, and the answer was yes. I am familiar with USB 3 Gen 2 10Gb/s devices and cables and use proven 10Gb/s devices and cables/wires, and this A-Key-to-Type-C-Mother-Key-to-Type Female cable I just purchased only supports Gen 1 5Gbps speeds. . If I remove ONLY this cable and use another one from the Gen 2 connector on the motherboard I get 990+ MB/s. The cable is back.
