Applicator and transfer confuse use

I don’t know what this is for. The wide applicator makes anything precision impossible, and the transfer of this everywhere on oilier lids (even with primer) just doesn’t hold a clean glitter line.If you were to use this, you would probably use your own brush to apply or blend out.
