, BCAAs were recommended to me a few months ago. They work very well with creatine and I plan to continue sourcing these products from CM. I've used them to relieve post-workout pain. I used to feel like I would get hit by a truck 1-2 days after a hard workout, but not anymore since I started using these supplements. I've played around with dosing and found that 2 post-workout creatines and BCAAs reduced soreness after the next day's workout, and if I'm still sore in the morning I'll take a few more of each and feel all day about good . .
