For a better grind, use the Cole & Mason Classic
A typical Peugeot grinder that I bought to transport red Kampot peppers. Fairly consistent grind, but extremely difficult to maintain grind setting. For a better grind, use Cole & Mason.
- grind adjustment: Turn the top knob tighter (clockwise) for a finer grind; Baking powder (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinding
