Description of 🧂 Peugeot Bistro Chef 10cm/4" Stainless Steel Pepper Mill

Made in France. Peugeot Mills are partially filled with pepper at the factory in France as part of final assembly and testing. Ready to use. The pepper mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. It has a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion. Classic grind adjustment: turn the top knob tighter (clockwise) for finer grinds; looser (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinds. Releases maximum flavor and aroma by first cracking each peppercorn before it is ground. Lifetime limited guarantee on the mechanism and 5 years on the exterior of the mill.

A sleek addition to your kitchen!

This stainless steel pepper grinder is a standout. Based on my observations, it is sturdy, easy to use, and looks elegant on any countertop. The adjustable grind makes it perfect for any recipe or preference. The grinder is also easy to refill, minimizes messes, and requires minimal effort to operate. The only downside is that it's a bit tricky to clean. Overall, this pepper grinder is a great purchase and will definitely elevate your cooking experience.

Pros
  • Elegant design, sturdy, adjustable grind, easy to use and refill.
Cons
  • Tricky to clean.

Pepper grinders not so good

This pepper mill is of very poor quality. Looks great, but there's no good way to choose the coarseness of the grind. I will definitely look for a different pepper mill.

Pros
  • The pepper mechanism features a spiral double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. Has a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion
Cons
  • Can't remember

For a better grind, use the Cole & Mason Classic

A typical Peugeot grinder that I bought to transport red Kampot peppers. Fairly consistent grind, but extremely difficult to maintain grind setting. For a better grind, use Cole & Mason.

Pros
  • grind adjustment: Turn the top knob tighter (clockwise) for a finer grind; Baking powder (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinding
Cons
  • Concerns me
