Great shirt for the gym and for playing sports, fits well but follow the size guidelines for best fit.
I was between medium and large when I bought it but just motivated me to work out more to slim down lol. If your 5ft 8-10 around 185 lbs just go with medium cause large will be too long

- The tanks are too short and do not provide enough coverage
