I got this as a present for my dad but before I wrapped it I needed to make sure I could install it. Let me tell you, the first time I tried setting it up I was ready to give it back! BUT it was definitely user error, because if I had read (or even skimmed) the instructions first, I could have saved myself some time and trouble. At the same time, the product is quite easy to use and easy to carry. The manual is very helpful because it tells you exactly how to adjust it depending on the surface or angle you want to use, but it's perfect for my dad because he was able to figure it out without a manual. If I could change something, I would. I want to mark different angles on the stand (A, B, C) but that also gets two bonus points because it has fans at the bottom and the detachable mouse section is really handy.
