Very good product and service worth taking into consideration
The tool is very easy-to use, I can easily understand how it works as well its features without having any technical knowledge of web analytics tools or digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics etcetera! It's also really affordable compared with other products out there in this space such us Piwigo which costs around $50 per month for 100k monthly visits (which means that we would need at least 5 years subscription).
We have been using visitorlab since last year but so far everything seems fine - no issues about accuracy/reliability nor performance problems from our end. Just keep updating all plugins regularly because they are updated frequently if not always free version has some limitations regarding data amount transferred over time due date range restrictions e tcetera.
