A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

I bought it for 18900 about a year ago. Now it costs a little more. There is a reserve for the future, you can take it for several years ahead.
Different pros:
The performance is sufficient for 1080p, some games can be played in 1440p and 4K. Cold, not warm. Quiet. You can also mine cryptocurrency, thereby recapturing part of the cost (or even getting a profit).
Some cons:
Not much overclocking potential. Because it's the same RX 480 with a different BIOS.
