I am able to use this program at work for my department's paychecks along with other programs we have available. It makes it easier because once you save your info into one place instead of logging into two different systems there isn't as much confusion or misplacing things when getting them paid out. There really wasn't anything bad about using this system either so far! We've been having problems receiving timely payments sometimes but no real issues overall yet. Sometimes if someone goes off early they don't get paid out correctly (ie., less than full hours) which happens occasionally even though our policy clearly states employees must be present 30 minutes before scheduled start times. That has caused some trouble over missing days' worth of wages but nothing major otherwise. I like how easy it was for me as well my employees to use this software! It really helped us organize better by creating different categories such has vacation days etc., also we were able have automatic paychecks sent out every two weeks instead having them wait one month between payments which saved tons off paper work!! Nothing at first but when i realized what they did just changed everything over so no problems going away now. !!
