Review on Zipperstop by Matthew Peterson

My recent experience with Zipperstop was nothing short of disappointing, despite the fact that they market themselves as a company that specializes in providing supplies for arts and crafts as well as sewing projects. There are a number of reasons why I would not suggest this firm to anyone seeking for sewing supplies. Chief among them are the company's bad customer service and below-average product quality. To begin, the quality of their customer support is quite poor. I was a client who had questions about my order and a malfunctioning product, and I attempted to get in touch with their customer service department multiple times via email and phone, but I did not receive any kind of answer from them. It is unethical for a business to neglect their clients, and because of this breakdown in communication, I was left feeling aggravated and dissatisfied with the overall quality of my experience. In addition, the things I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of their level of quality. Some of the products were of a fair quality, but others were constructed of cheap materials and were quite flimsy. Because I am someone who takes sewing very seriously, I want supplies that are dependable and of excellent quality; however, Zipperstop did not deliver on this front at all. Last but not least, the procedure of shipping and handling was sluggish and disorganized. My order arrived much later than I had anticipated, and when it did, there were a few things that were missing from it. The already frustrating experience of dealing with Zipperstop's subpar customer support was made even more so by this. In general, I am unable to suggest Zipperstop to anyone who is looking for dependable and high-quality sewing products. It is not worth the trouble to deal with them because of their low product quality and lack of communication. In the future, I will move my company's operations somewhere else.
