Worst item I have ever bought online or anywhere else.
Worst product I have ever bought online or anywhere else. This printer is an absolute disaster, not only does it not work, the printer software fails to install, I am a retired educator and have supervised computer classes and this is the first time I have come across a product that just doesn't work , I called customer service tech support and they couldn't get it to work due to a serious software installation problem, this printer is totally useless and unfortunately a waste of time.
