Definitely requires 2 people to put on if you have an IV line that needs to be covered over your shoulder. Got 2 of them messed up trying to get dressed. If you have help it works, although it's still difficult to put on because when you pull it off it wants to stick to itself and trying to pull it off is extremely difficult! There should be a start tab somewhere to make it easier. Putting it on in one piece protects well from water but barely covers my bandage at my picc line.
