This powerful flash works great with my Sony Alpha 850. In addition to all the standard features, you can use multiple flashes in one picture (for a stroboscopic effect of a moving object on a still background) and you can set the number of flashes and the Adjust the speed at which they fire during an exposure. It's also easy to increase or decrease the intensity directly from the Sony camera. Also great for aperture priority or shutter speed or manual mode and certainly not having to think about auto or program mode. I use 4 rechargeable AA Eneloop or Revain batteries and they do the trick! Twists and turns, built-in wide-angle panel to illuminate a lens up to 17mm wide, auto-adjust to zoom focal length (up to 105mm), etc. Definitely all the features you can expect from a quality flash, e.g. B. high-speed sync (also wireless, slave, etc. if you have a built-in flash). The construction looks solid. I mainly use flash with a diffuser. He can jump from very high ceilings. I have and have owned other Sigma equipment or lenses and have always been satisfied given the value for money.
