Review on ๐Ÿฅ— Efficient and Practical 21 Day Portion Control Container Kit - 14 Piece Set by Christopher Cheek

Just use the containers

The containers seem well made and a great low cost alternative to the 21 Day Fix containers. I would suggest memorizing which containers belong to which food group because the white labeling will definitely wash off of the containers over time. As far as the small informational pamphlet that accompanies the containers goes, I totally understand people's frustration. The directions on the diet make no sense because it's literally plagiarized from BeachBody but GainWell swapped out words and did not care to make it coherent at all.The part where it says"Remember, you won't be using your container to measure out some food that comes in individual pieces, such as nuts and asparagus. Instead, serve yourself the amount of pieces specified in the food lists. Using your container as well a container"This paragraph is confusing because nuts and asparagus can be measured in the containers. This paragraph is from BB where they're referring to carbs like sliced bread, tortillas, bagels etc. GW doesn't have a comprehensive food list. Beachbody 21 day fix does. So I suggest that people do their googles on 21day fix program - I promise you it's super easy to find. Google is your friend. And use the directions for that BB program with these gainwell containers, if the nutrition part of 21 Day Fix is the only part of the program you're interested in.

Pros
  • BPA free, DEHP free, top-rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
Cons
  • The kit may not include enough containers for larger families
