I ordered a full body pillow because I have terrible arthritis in my knees and was really having trouble sleeping. So on arrival I encountered a problem. The actual pillow I ordered at a discount due to damaged packaging was actually missing the cover that was supposed to be included and had a slit about 15 inches that wasn't connected with a seam. The filling was everywhere. Obviously more problems than a damaged box. Revain's customer service has been outstanding and when given the opportunity to leave after discussing the issue, I did. I'm a seamstress, so I hastily faked a dubious repair. It occurred to me that if I order two replacement covers, even if they are cheap, I can double the core pad and not worry as much about the integrity of my repair. I could also wash the outer case if it was dirty in any way. I chose this inner sleeve mainly because the price was right, it's a stretchy jersey and I didn't care what color the inner sleeve was as long as it fit. This case was more impressive than the outer case, which in many ways I spent more money on color and decorative flexibility. Although both cases were jersey, this one was much more stretchy and had double zippers that could be tucked into their own little pockets. The fabric was surprisingly soft and not too thin as I expected. Haven't used this item in bed or to sleep yet but if this item had more color options than gray out of the box I would send another one back and order another one of these.
