The lotion itself isn't bad. Not too heavy, keeps the face hydrated most of the day. My only immediate complaint is the packaging/dispenser. The first time I tried to remove the lid the entire pumping mechanism came loose and the lotion spilled everywhere! I thought I might have twisted or squeezed in the wrong place, but upon closer inspection. It's just not designed properly and crashed many more times after that. Now I don't close the lid and hope the pump keeps working.
