I should have almost 10 ways to make coffee in.

I have almost 10 ways to make coffee in my apartment: Aeropress, V60, Kalita Wave, French Press, Moka Pot, Keurig (never used), various drip machines. a few beans in boiling water and see what happens. I recently purchased Chemex and it has quickly become the standard for my morning drink. It is reliable, it is almost impossible to spoil it at any stage: boil water, grind beans, pour water over the beans several times until coffee is formed. You could argue that there is more to it, but at its core, Chemex is based on an extremely simple concept. In terms of taste, Chemex is just below Calita and slightly above v60 for me (these three are the best for me). only those that produce comparable beers). Calita Wave coffee is by far the smoothest, but the smaller brewing chamber makes it more of a hassle to use and I mostly leave it for daytime pickup. The Chemex is smoother than the v60 in my opinion, but overall they are pretty similar. The V60 is more suitable for the office or when you need a cup rather than a whole carafe as it is more modular and portable. make up the broadest class of use and excel in each of them equally. I am also confident in the build quality, the glass feels thick and unlikely to crack or shatter barring a few unforeseen circumstances. If you want a manual coffee brewing method in your life, look no further than Chemex.
