I like that you can customize your own reports to fit what exactly we need for our business! It's easy enough so anyone with minimal training could use it without having an IT person help out as well. The software itself has some glitches or quirks here-and there but they're easily worked around by adjusting how things work (or not). Definitely consider this product if looking into something similar - especially since their support team really does go above & beyond any expectations set beforehand!! We needed a way to track employee hours accurately while also allowing employees flexibility when working from home/home office. This solution allowed us both goals at once which made managing payroll easier overall too :).
