This oil moisturizes the nails and smoothes the cuticles. I was surprised at how quickly it affected my poor cracked nails, which were in worse shape after a year and a half of daily hand sanitizing. You only need a tiny dab on each nail. Massage it in lightly, then blot whatever remains on the insides of your fingers with a tissue. There is no exact list of ingredients on the packaging, but the packaging lists jojoba oil, myrrh, vitamins A, D and E in addition to soybean oil. Avoid this if you or anyone in your family is allergic to soy. I love that this product is fragrance free and love how it improves the condition of my nails.
