I have had multiple surgeries on my right foot that have left me with unbearable scar tissue and other painful problems. I previously had a pit of Skechers that I wore until there were holes in both big toes and the soles were completely separated.This shoe is like a gift from God. I can be on my feet all day in them because there is a cushy footbed. I wear them in the house only so I can’t speak for walking around the city. The insert is also removable for washing. The shoe appears to be well constructed and looks like it won’t rip like those Skechers.
