Fire Has Almost Started

Be Careful! Today a wire was connected to this tower. I smelled an electrical fire and found this. It overheated so much that it melted the tower so much that the cable could no longer be detached. Thank you for not starting a fire. I contacted Revain and customer service was very good at answering my refund question. I just want others to be aware of the risk.
