Installed. Works 2 days on Dell T5500. No hiccups yet. The only problem was that the piston packing seal was broken and the piston was slightly bent (it had to be carefully tipped up on the right side of the groove to align and lock it). The actual storage packaging didn't look bent. The large package (bubble envelope, size relative to item size) had no apparent mishandling by the USPS. So it seems that the memory itself was warped. (It's not one of those hard memories that's more prone to bending and bending).
