This pepper mill is terrible!

These peppers are difficult to use. It took 30 minutes to disassemble and fill. And I had to ask someone who had it how to do it - the instructions are confusing. Once filled, the pepperstick dispensing button gets stuck and it won't stop working until you take it apart.
