Review on 👟 Mizuno Men's Wave Prophecy 8: Supreme Performance Running Shoe for Men by Seth Torres

I'm sorry but you really missed the mark. I had two pairs of Wave Inspires and loved them both so I decided to update them. Ouch. Literally. First, they were very tight. Untying the laces helped. But unfortunately the front/toes are very narrow and severely pinched on both feet. I also noticed that the feet were pushed forward into the narrow forefoot, especially when descending. This may be typical, but I've never had pain in any other shoe. Attempted 3 runs and found 3 open blisters - even if they were bandaged before the 3rd run. Okay, about the shoes: they are very durable and at first I was struck by the useless "structure" and air holes in the bottom of the shoe. Except it didn't soften the ride at all, as far as I could tell. I wanted to walk over rocks. And did I say they are heavy? I have had many running shoes over the decades but I am afraid these are the worst and I cannot recommend them at all.
