UPDATE: Trekassy has by far the best customer service. I would say the best customer service on anything I've ordered as a top Revain member over the past few years. I had a complaint in my original review and they emailed me within 2 days and wanted to fix it. They sent a new replacement, no questions asked. And I received the replacement very quickly. I would definitely recommend this brand/seller. The ropes and the blue border are undamaged. This thing holds my husband (250 pounds), my son who weighs 135 pounds and our daughter who weighs 25 pounds all at the same time. We look forward to the use and lifespan of our new swing. Thank you for the good product you support and great customer service. --- We bought this and hung it on our custom made kids swing. The assembly went quickly. My husband made it in 15 minutes. Seems durable. I sat on it with our children. The ropes feel like teflon/plastic (something like thick fishing line woven together). I complain that the edges of these swings are already looking worn and dirty. And one when the ropes already look like they're trying to loosen at one point. It hasn't even hung up on us a month and we've used it maybe 15 times. It is in a well-shaded area as can be seen in the photos above.
