Followed all setup instructions carefully, no problem for the first few weeks. As he turned around the table, the seat came loose and fell off, and my child hit his head on the floor! My baby is 6 months old and not active or heavy enough to put a strain on the activity center. Also, I'm NOT a beginner/DIY so I know what I'm doing when assembling stuff like this. Upon inspection, I found that the screws that hold the seat in place and connect it to the mid-tower (game table) wear out weak plastic holes over time and the holes no longer support the screws. If someone has already bought this, buy some washers that will keep the 4 bolt heads (under the seat armrest) from falling right through the holes.
