Very affordable yet effective learning platform
I love that everything is set in advance for me to be able use it again if needed! There are many different ways you could complete this training so there's no way anyone would get bored with what they're doing when using these modules over an extended period of time (or even just once).
The videos themselves were very easy-to understand/use as well but some people may struggle more than others depending upon their prior knowledge or experience level - however we do have those options available too!! It takes quite awhile before all students actually start working through each module because sometimes certain ones need extra help getting started due from lackadaisical attention span at times :) We've been utilizing them since mid April 2019 & our results thus far haven't disappointed us one bit. Our top performers now know how important being organized really IS while helping new hires.
- This program has helped my team grow professionally, both personally AND organizationally!!! They look forward every day knowing exactly where things should go during work hours which helps keep everyone focused better throughout shifts instead of spending half your shift looking around trying find something else.it makes sense why most teams say "they wish i had found out about FST sooner" ! That was definitely true here..we didn't begin until after Christmas
