The cover fits, I had a 25 x 17 A/C, I had to stretch it to fit snugly and it was a little tiring as it would be with two people, but once fitted it fitted the A/C cover snugly. It has a lot of deep space. So if the front of your air conditioner doesn't protrude far, you have extra room to slide it forward. It's definitely a heavy fabric that doesn't let air into the room. The fabric is quilted all around and elastic. If you have a large conditioner, go down a size so it can stretch and fit snugly around the conditioner. The fabric also appears to be machine washable. I recommend this product. Measure your air conditioner to get the right size! It is necessary!
