I like that it provides me with all my information in one place instead having to go look for everything separately or call customer service (which can take time).

There are times when they do not have an answer quickly but most often than any other system i've used this has been quick! The main problem at first was how much there were tabs open which made things difficult to navigate through sometimes if lots had opened up so be prepared as well!! If u need your stuff together then its great cause no more searching around trying find what ur looking fo rand nothing comes out until several days later.
