Abrasives and bristles fall out
First, the bristles fall off very easily. The first time I used all three types, I had bristles in my mouth. Second, the only attachment that I find comfortable to use is the soft attachment. I don't have a sensitive mouth at all, but the other two styles are extremely abrasive and very painful to use. Don't waste money. You get what you pay for!
