Bought a craftsman style home set. I really love them, but as some other reviewers have said, 0 is actually smaller than other numbers. I'm grateful that the 0 in my house number is in the middle, so it doesn't look terrible, but the numbers are all different heights. I haven't used anchors and they seem very strong without them. It's actually pretty easy to set up once you've done the first number. I did the pre-drilling with the supplied sheet of paper. I then screwed the threaded side of the long screw into the number and then added the pipe. I took the number with the screw and pipe and hammered it into the pre-drilled hole. I highly recommend gluing the numbers to get the correct spacing. I didn't do that, I did it one number at a time and I wouldn't say they're all completely evenly spaced. But you can't see it from afar. Overall SUPER HAPPY with this product! It's very popular and the font is beautiful
