Having to redesign a product so my pet can use it safely does not make a good product. The material of the hammock is an absolute joke. Too thin, too stretchy, and it didn't have a half seam. The anchors they provide will not hold an adult cat or kitten. It is better to make shelves and cover them with foam and fabric. It's a waste of money if you're not willing to redo it in full. Also, don't buy them unless you're willing to find a bolt to screw them to or provide stronger anchors to attach them to. They are not designed to account for the force exerted by a cat jumping and landing.
