This cup holder can be attached in two ways: 1. On the dispenser itself, therefore fitted with a large foam sticker. 2. Screw into the wall. We've attached it to a dispenser so only time will tell how long it lasts. A decent number of cups can be placed in the disperser. The clear plastic inside the tube is pretty flimsy, but it does the job.
