Dissatisfied with Amerelle due of its below-average quality and unsatisfactory customer service.

As a person who writes critical reviews, I feel obligated to report that my time spent with Amerelle was negative. Despite the fact that they advertised their products as being of high quality and at an affordable price, I discovered that the quality of their products was weak, as was their customer service. Despite the fact that their website was simple to access, I was underwhelmed with the overall quality of the things that I ordered. The wall plates and light switch covers gave off an impression of being weak and poorly built, and I had my doubts about how long they would last. When taking into consideration the inferior quality of the products, the costs were not nearly as reasonable as they were represented to be. To make matters even worse, when I tried to call customer support about an issue I had with one of the products, I was received with bad customer service. This made the situation much more frustrating. It took me a few tries to get in touch with someone, and when I did, the agent was not helpful and did not respond to my questions. In general, I am unable to suggest Amerelle to anyone else. Although they may have a large selection of products, the quality of those products is subpar, and they provide poor support to their customers. As a result of my experience, I am left with a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction, and I do not intend to become a customer there again.
