We bought 20 bags of Universal A1 PowerSorb for our small fire and rescue team; We don't have the resources that other larger teams have, and we have limited space on our hazmat vehicles. Praetorian PowerSorb replaces many sorbents, saving valuable response time, space and money. So far we have used corn absorbent which was mediocre at best, A1 absorbent; Diesel fuel, gas, jet fuel, grease, acids, solvents, oils and many other compounds. So far we've used it to absorb gas from a couple of big crashes and molasses from another 18 wheel jackknife and it works as advertised. Just a word of caution, the bags weigh about 11 pounds each so on average we use 4-5 bags in an accident.
