This kit has a LOT of items packed into a small container, mostly one or two of each. So you couldn't attend to a mass casualty event, but one would be able to sort out one or two injured victims with the appropriate supply. And it is better to have a small kit handy and never need it, than to not have anything at all.

- It may not include enough disinfectant supplies like alcohol pads or antiseptic solution
