After 3 months of using this printer, it started displaying a "Card Jam" error even though no cards were actually jammed, then printing consecutive cards is misaligned and colors are offset causing a rainbow effect is created. Sent for repair. Apparently corrected. Sent it back a week and having the same issues. The manufacturer reports the problem to Amazon and offers to request an exchange through the person we bought it from. For real? No manufacturing defect? A $1500 printer and their suggestion is to make this a problem for dealers. Or we could send it back so they "reproduce" the problem and try to fix it and go another 3-4 weeks without it. This printer is used for my business and has disrupted a very specific service that we provide, wasting money and additional revenue. Thank you Magikard!
