I love how interactive it can be with our clients, allowing us to have an open line of communication through their computer screen! It's easy for them to access what we're doing from anywhere they are in the world. The software allows me to see exactly where my employees are at all times which helps keep track of projects/tasks etc. Sometimes when you want to zoom into one part of your project or task, there isn't enough room due to other windows overlapping eachother. This does not happen often but sometimes this could get annoying if left unresolved (or maybe that was just me). We've been able to streamline processes by being more efficient within time frames as well as having better customer service overall because customers feel like someone actually cares about getting back to them quickly so they don't need to call constantly during business hours.
