We've used this large and slicer now and then specifically for cheese, pickles and other veggies, but we liked being able to quickly chop and prep spices rather than slicing by hand The three-bladed one Rotator is very sharp, and care must be taken when installing it, by the way, but each rotating blade locks to a handle on the back that can be released by pressing a button. It is very easy to peel, and even large cheeses can be easily grated without cutting into small pieces. In general, the product is of excellent quality, we recommend it to everyone 👍
