This monitor appears to have been created to fill a specific niche market for affordable gaming, having been released in March 2021 at a time when much of the broader display marketing is moving towards 4K and 5K capabilities. The PRO-VESA mount option allows you to mount a mini PC on the back if you wish. - 144Hz refresh rate if you can pull it off - G-Synch can fix choppy frame rates - GeForce Blizzard users report good results with G-Synch (any monitor with this hardware capability) - OSD has a nice overlay navigation guide (monitors are notorious poorly managed in terms of usability) CONS - You're trading $ for a 4K monitor - No warranty listed - This is a 24 form factor, not 27 - DisplayPort 1.2 isn't 1.4, it's HDMI 1.4, not 2.0 (but probably won't affect most users if you don't deviate from the player's chair). SUMMARY Agree with Lenovo's claim that this is a decent gaming monitor with some key features at a good price. If their warranty meets your needs and you're tackling the screen tearing issue with NVidia GPUs, it should be on your shortlist.
