Seems to be a quality stand for the price.
I bought this to install a 28" TV and it works as expected. The assembly was pretty easy and I'm not a mechanic. It took me about 20-30 minutes to assemble, but that's mainly because I read the instructions and moved like a turtle during assembly. The most important thing is that all the parts were there, the instructions were clear and I didn't have to tamper with anything to assemble it. Once assembled the stand looks attractive and as mentioned it holds the TV as expected.
