The noise is gone and the air conditioning is working again.
Daughter reported hearing a loud bang from the passenger side of her Mazda 6. I looked and noticed the air conditioning was also not working. I felt the air conditioning kick in when I turned it on, but nothing came out of the vents. I narrowed it down to a fan motor. I ordered this and it works great! When the rattle and air conditioner issue is resolved.
