Poor quality - trekking boots
Very disappointed with this product, received on Wednesday 27/03 (on time judging by the tracking) First used on Thursday 28/03 and after a normal day (walking only, without any - or extreme activity, walking only) notices that the right shoe has snapped and the left one comes off the same way. It's really frustrating to see a poor quality brand new product - I want to return it and get my money back, please help me with the product return.
