America's test kitchen knives. Bought this knife for Christmas. Great price on Revain including Prime. The delivery was perfect as always, this knife is amazing! I thought because of the plastic handle and stuff it would feel light and cheap and would be a cheaper knife without a full shaft. This knife exceeded all my expectations! The weight is not too heavy but not too light either, the blade curvature is perfect for a great chop. The height of the knife is about half an inch taller than most chef's knives I've used. The blade is so sharp! I have never used a sharper knife! I think ATK knows what they are talking about. Buy it now and get one for all your friends who are throwing dinner parties and get everyone to help prepare the food. You know you have a crappy knife that you hate to use. This is the perfect gift for that person.
