The customer service provided was outstanding! They were always available to help us solve any issues we had along our journey of building out two stores for my business. I can't think of anything that would have helped improve this partnership experience other than maybe being able to speak directly via phone or video chat instead of emailing back and forth. We are currently working together again after having an issue where one store went down which caused another site not loading correctly - they got it fixed quickly and efficiently without me needing to contact them first.
