Purchased to attach to Chef Hopper's uniform shirt. good patch I couldn't get it to stick by ironing with a self-adhesive backing, but then again I could never glue a patch that way, so I had to sew it on. Yes, it's a patch. The measurements were correct. What else can you say? That's great!
