Review on Optimized Welder's Marking Pencil by Angel Cortez

Second purchase, the product does not match the original order. In this purchase the pens are round (whose idea it was) and appear to be silver colored pens like the kind you would use for drawing. They are stamped with the shipper's name and were packaged in an open package as shown in the picture, but this package appears to have been used to ship the actual product. Dissatisfied. They don't write well on any of the surfaces I've used the originals on.
